All orders require your telephone number. Please include it in the comments section in PayPal.
This will minimize customs and shipping delays, as we can contact you quickly.
We will not ship your merchandise without your phone number.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS VIA UPS OR FEDEX DUE TO CUSTOMS ISSUES: GREECE, ICELAND, ROMANIA, RUSSIA, AFRICA(excluding South Africa), EASTERN EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST, SOUTH AND CENTRAL AMERICA

Same-Day Shipping: We strive to ship out the item purchased the same day the payment is processed and cleared. The item will be shipped out the same day payment has been cleared and confirmed, if it is before 3:30 pm (US Central Time) Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). At any other time the item will be shipped the following business day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

PO, APO, FPO: We currently do not ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes, APO or FPO locations.

Invoice & Tracking Number: Once the item has been shipped, you will receive an invoice as well as the shipment tracking number via email.

Signature-Releases: If you have a signature-release on file with our carrier, Notebook Screen Warehouse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All packages are self-insured for delivery.

Undeliverable Returns: Any item returned as undeliverable will lead to an automatic refund and be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
